About waterborne CCCW hardener
Waterborne CCCW hardener is a kind of colorless and transparent waterborne material which canpermeate into cement, terrazzo, corundum or diamond materials, etc. It changes pore structure of the baseplanethrough chemical reaction of vapor and some media, enhances baseplane strength,so protects solvents such asoil, acid or alkali and particles from permeating,into the baseplane,reaches the result of corrosion-Proof,antipollution,dust-proof and therefore prolongs baseplane service life.

Suitable places
Heavy-load resistance and long service life place: storage, garage or market, etc.
Oil stain and scuffing resistance floor: mechanical processing and production, mould production, etc.
Moisture resistance and heavy strength floor: the first floor or basement.
Dustproof production area, public place, injection moulding workshop, electronic assembly workplace, public passage or stairs, etc.

Construction processes as follows

Testing of cement hardener floor:

Abrasive resistance:
ASTM-C799 (strength), test abrasive resistance in the running tray. The abrasive resistance increases 32.5% after 30 minutes.
Joining:
ASTM-D3359(abrasive surface), joining with epoxy resin increases 17%, joining with polyurethane has no change.
Moisture retention:
Moisture retention increases 93% when processed concrele first has congealed for 24 hours.
Hardenability:
ASTM-C39 compressive strength increases 40% after7 days, compression resistance of processed concrele increases 38% after 28 days.
Permeability:
Spray 4.91 inches sample with 7 inches tap, the permeability of treated sample is 0.022CC/hour.
Abrasion:
Test the sample with steel shovel, the coeffieient of the abrasion of the dry floor is 86, the warm floor 69, however the untreated flooring respectively 71 and 47.
